General Conditions
We send all our orders through the Swedish Post Office or by United Parcel Service, UPS. Within Sweden, we usually send goods against cash-on-delivery, i.e. payment is made when you collect the parcel from the post office or designated point. The company can also send an invoice where payment must be made within 30 days after delivery.All orders sent abroad must be paid in advance before the order is sent.
On weekdays, Monday to Friday, we guarantee that your order will be sent within 24 hours if so desired.
To all our customers we guarantee that the order is in perfect condition and undamaged on delivery. If the goods, contrary to all expectations, should be damaged, your complaint must be reported directly to the Post Office/ UPS.
